The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our new two-bedded home in Nottingham and ensuring that we provide high-quality care services to children with learning disabilities.

  • Build Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.">
  • Manage Operations: Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules.">
  • Collaborate Externally: Work with local authorities and agencies.">
  • Ensure Safeguarding: Maintain strong safeguarding practice.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience working with children with learning disabilities, a Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, and strong Ofsted knowledge.
