The Priory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team.

Job Overview

We are looking for an individual who can support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
  2. Focused on patient-centred care and have a commitment to developing and delivering high-quality care.
  3. Possess or be ready to develop effective decision-making skills.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
