**Exceptional Care Leader Wanted**
We are looking for a talented Registered Manager to take charge of our new residential care home in Nottingham, catering to the needs of children with learning disabilities.
As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in managing Ofsted-registered services, with a deep understanding of safeguarding principles. Your expertise in developing personalized care plans will ensure our residents receive tailored support for independence and overall well-being.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a high-performing care team, recruit, train, and manage staff to provide top-notch care. You will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects, including budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- At least 1+ years of experience working with children with learning disabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
