Adult Care Team Supervisor

About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service in Arnold, Nottingham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, while also contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals to gain independence, managing medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure effective supervision and management of the service, including allocation of shifts, induction of new staff, and supervision of existing staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional care and support, with a focus on promoting the autonomy and dignity of individuals. We require candidates with a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, and a passion for working with individuals with diverse needs.
The salary for this position is £12.57 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and enhancements for evening and weekend work.
