Care Support Specialist

Voyage Care is a leading provider of support services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Arnold, Nottingham.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £12.57 per hour, with enhanced evening and weekend pay at 50p per hour, and premium overtime rates at £1 per hour. Our benefits package includes Wagestream, funded Blue Light Card, and access to cash plans for colleagues and their families.
About the RoleAs a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping people gain independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with supervision and management tasks. This role involves allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision's, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals are supported to manage their finances.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
