Senior Support Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Arnold, Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to individuals, helping them gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with supervision and management tasks. Your role will involve allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances effectively.
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of people we support and has a strong desire to help others grow in confidence. Our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.57 per hour, enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, Wagestream, funded Blue Light Card, and other benefits that promote job satisfaction and career growth.
