We are excited to announce the opening of a new branch and are looking for a passionate Registered Care Manager to lead this new venture and make it a success from day one. As a Registered Care Manager, you will have the flexibility to make decisions that prioritize the quality of life of your customers and Carers, setting the standard for excellence from the start.
The main responsibilities of this role include leading the launch and growth of the new branch, holding the CQC/CIW registration, developing and growing a team of dedicated carers, building strong relationships within the local community, overseeing the implementation of branch operations, effectively communicating and implementing policies and procedures, and supporting staff and carers with training and development.
