Your Role:
You will be responsible for leading our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, ensuring the highest quality care and support for children with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with local authorities, agencies, and external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Safety and Well-being: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all residents.
- Care Quality: Maintain high standards of care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.
- Partnerships: Establish effective relationships with local authorities, agencies, and external partners.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 32 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays) and on-call payments for additional nights worked.
