Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

  • Registration Compliance: Ensure our home meets the required standards for Ofsted registration.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of dedicated carers who provide high-quality care to residents.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Safeguarding: Maintain strong safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities and agencies to ensure seamless services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with learning disabilities.
  • A Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and external partners.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 DOE + Additional Once Ofsted registered, 32 Days Annual Leave (incl. 8 bank holidays), On-Call Payments, Blue Sky Social Care Card, and Employee Health Assistance Scheme.
