Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new branch in Arnold. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for establishing a high-quality service, backed by our resources and reputation as a nationally recognised brand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Branch Leadership: Lead the launch and growth of the new branch, ensuring it becomes efficient, profitable, and known for delivering the highest standard of care.
  • CQC Registration: Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community to promote the branch and identify new business opportunities to support its growth.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee the implementation of branch operations, ensuring all customer needs are met to the highest standards.
  • Policies and Procedures: Effectively communicate and implement all policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Staff Support: Support branch staff and carers with training and development to uphold exceptional service standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Experience working within the care sector at management level is essential, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
