Care Companion

Premier Community, a leading home care provider in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, seeks dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Companions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults in their own homes.

• Visit clients in their homes, using your own vehicle, to provide personalized support and companionship.
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as washing, showering, cooking, and serving meals.
• Support clients with medication management and day-to-day living activities.
• Record visits and client interactions using our digital care planning system.

• A valid full UK driving license.
• High personal values that align with our organization's ethos.
• A professional approach to complete our comprehensive training program.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00ph to £14.95ph, plus:

• Pay on demand: access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through our app.
