Key Responsibilities- Visit clients in their homes, using your own vehicle, to provide personalized support and companionship.
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as washing, showering, cooking, and serving meals.
- Support clients with medication management and day-to-day living activities.
- Record visits and client interactions using our digital care planning system.
- A valid full UK driving license.
- High personal values that align with our organization's ethos.
- A professional approach to complete our comprehensive training program.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00ph to £14.95ph, plus:
- Pay on demand: access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through our app.
- Contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings.
- Travel expenses paid at 30p per mile.
- Fully paid weeks holiday (5.6).
