Intensive Care Ward Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to lead our male psychiatric intensive care unit at Priory Hospital Arnold - Clumber ward.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience of managing a multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee operational and clinical day-to-day management of the male PICU ward.
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective delivery of contract activity and quality to required standards.
- Foster a culture that respects equality and diversity in patient care.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
- Demonstrable leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work as part of an established hospital, with a collaborative and supportive MDT.
- Competitive salary of up to £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
