Job Description
The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for leading the launch and growth of a new branch, ensuring it quickly becomes efficient, profitable, and known for delivering the highest standard of care. This includes holding the CQC/CIW registration, developing and growing a team of dedicated carers, building strong relationships within the local community, and overseeing the implementation of branch operations.
The ideal candidate will have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. They will also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include career progression opportunities, 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 2 years of service, and a bonus scheme.
