About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our new branch in Arnold, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and growing the branch, ensuring it operates efficiently, profitably, and delivers high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow the new branch, developing strategies to ensure its success.
- Hold CQC/CIW registration for the branch and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Buid strong relationships within the local community to promote the branch and identify new business opportunities.
- Overses the implementation of branch operations, ensuring customer needs are met to the highest standards.
- Effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support branch staff and carers with training and development to uphold exceptional service standards.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this qualification.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
- Experience working within the care sector at management level.
