Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Nicholl Oil Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of existing commercial customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing commercial customers to ensure continued business growth and revenue streams.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting.
  • Understand the competitor market to support the business strategy for product pricing and remain competitive in our sector.
  • Regular telephone communication with potential or existing customers, processing orders, and recording and updating records and data.
  • Utilize relevant online platforms, industry associations, and social networks to identify new leads.
  • Assist the Marketing Department in any promotional or general marketing activity.
  • Liaise with the Sales Director to ensure maintenance of pricing policy and provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to the management team.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Commercial/Credit Control/Dispatch teams, to ensure commercial customer/order and business needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Sales and business development experience with a minimum of two years.
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to manage the process from lead generation to sale closing.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable.

Location: Head Office, Greysteel

Hours: 40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break unpaid)

Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience (plus performance-related bonus)
