Supervising Social Care Professional

The Polaris Community is seeking a highly skilled Supervising Social Worker to support our foster parents and young people in the Watford and Milton Keynes area. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading provider of children's services in the UK.
Key Duties- Support foster parents and their families to achieve the highest possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Monitor the continued suitability and competence of Foster parents through regular home visits and assessments.
- Collaborate with the Commissioning Teams to develop and implement individual packages of care for children and young people.
- Holding professional registration with Social Work England or equivalent.
- Proven ability to write high-quality reports and contribute to case files.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to travel extensively and occasional overnight stays.
- Full driving licence.
As a member of our team, you can expect an estimated annual salary of £43,000 - £48,000, along with additional benefits including:
