About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Abbots Care Ltd. As a key member of our home care team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is £13.43 on weekdays and £15.50 on weekends. This rate is subject to holding a NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to service users in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Liaising with medical professionals, including district nurses and pharmacies, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of a NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
