Care and Support Professional

As a Care and Support Professional with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will support individuals to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
We are seeking compassionate and resilient individuals who can assist with personal care, follow individual care plans, and help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework. No prior social care experience is necessary; we value your ability to care and learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Help with medication management and support clients with daily activities
- Support clients with shopping, mealtimes, and housework
