Care & Support Professional

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to vulnerable adults. As a Care & Support Worker, you will be required to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays to support residents with enduring mental health issues.

You will be responsible for providing care and support services, making decisions on safeguarding and risk issues, maintaining detailed records, and communicating with third parties involved in residents' support packages.
