About the Role
As a skilled social worker at Rhodes Wood Hospital, you will be an integral part of our Multi-Disciplinary Team. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the social care needs of patients in low secure care and provide quality services to address those needs as outlined in patient care plans.

Salary: £50 per hour. Based on a 37-hour week, your estimated annual salary would be around £76,000.

In this role, you will conduct health and social care assessments and interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings. A full-time position is available, working five days on site to ensure a consistent and supportive presence for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' social care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide quality social work services to address identified needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • At least four years' experience in social work, including time spent in forensic mental health services.
  • Experience of multi-agency working.
  • A degree level or equivalent qualification in social work.
