About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to lead our team at Westcroft in Tring. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of practice and providing support to service users with their day-to-day needs.

Working as part of a dedicated team, your role will involve direct line management supervision and support to a number of care & support staff, as well as providing frontline support delivery to service users. You will also cover shifts on a rota basis.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a care setting or health and social care field. If you have experience of providing support to vulnerable people, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Managing caseloads and ensuring that service users receive high-quality support
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
