Lead Social Care Professional

About the Role:
- Conduct complex parenting assessments using a range of evidence-based frameworks.
- Work closely with families, children, and other professionals to gather information and develop robust reports.
- Provide expert guidance and support to social workers in the assessment process.

- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
About You:
- A qualified Social Worker (ASW) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in children and family social work.
- Proven expertise in conducting high-quality parenting assessments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
