Youth Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Care Professional to join our team in the 0-25 Together Service.
This is a full-time position based in Apsley, Hertfordshire, offering a competitive salary of up to £42,503 per annum.
Responsibilities- To provide child protection services and support for disabled children/young people and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including professionals, families, and carers.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality social work practices.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on client progress and outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and colleagues.
- Contribute to the recruitment and induction of new staff members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
