Youth Wellbeing Professional Needed

We are seeking a skilled Youth Wellbeing Professional to join our Specialist Adolescent Service Hub (SASH) team in Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with adolescents and their families to provide essential support services and promote overall wellbeing.

  • Conduct thorough assessments for adolescents at risk of harm or homelessness.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to develop effective care plans.
  • Ensure adolescent safety and prevent exploitation, abuse, or criminal activity.
  • Deliver targeted support services for adolescents in the youth justice system.
  • Facilitate partnerships to enhance adolescent wellbeing and resilience.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Significant experience in statutory social work with adolescents.
  • Proficient in legislation and social work best practices.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
