Children and Young People Support Lead

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Children and Young People Support Lead.
The selected candidate will oversee a specialist children's home providing care and support to young people with physical disabilities and communication challenges.
This position comes with a competitive salary package of £33,000-£35,000 per annum, which includes a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, life insurance, pension, car leasing scheme, bicycle-to-work initiative, and exclusive opportunities for professional development and growth.
