We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Worker to lead a team of 4-5 Youth Support Workers and Volunteers in delivering a range of curriculum-based groupwork projects and one-to-one support to vulnerable and at-risk young people aged 11 to 17.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate groupwork projects and one-to-one support to young people
- Manage a small team of Youth Support Workers and Volunteers
- Handle safeguarding issues and health and safety
- Forge relationships with partner organisations
Requirements:
- Experience of youth work in a paid or voluntary capacity
