We are seeking a Youth Rugby Programme Leader to join our team at the School of Hard Knocks Charity in Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced rugby coach to lead and deliver youth rugby programmes that promote personal development, social skills, and physical fitness.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating rugby sessions, fixtures, and festivals, ensuring meaningful game opportunities for all participants. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to develop and implement programme objectives, session plans, and evaluation strategies.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivational, has excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for working with hard-to-reach groups. If you have a growth mindset, excellent project management and administration skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality coaching programmes, we would love to hear from you.

The salary for this role is £25,000 per year, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. You will also receive 26 days annual leave entitlement, which cannot be taken during term time.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 coaching qualification in rugby and have experience in developing and motivating children. You should also have excellent first aid provision and the ability to travel to chosen schools each week.
