The School of Hard Knocks Charity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rugby Development Coach to join our team in Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate rugby coach to make a positive impact on the lives of young people, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering rugby sessions that promote personal development, social skills, and physical fitness. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to plan and coordinate fixtures and rugby festivals, ensuring meaningful game opportunities for all participants.

We are looking for someone who is extremely driven and passionate about delivering high-quality coaching programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries. If you have a growth mindset, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for working with hard-to-reach groups, we would love to hear from you.

This is a term-time contract, and the salary will be £25,000 per year, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. You will also receive 26 days annual leave entitlement, which cannot be taken during term time.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 coaching qualification in rugby and have experience in developing and motivating children. You should also have excellent project management and administration skills, as well as the ability to travel to chosen schools each week.
