About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Support Worker to join our team in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work with young people aged 11-17 in groups of 12-25, providing support and guidance.
- To deliver targeted prevention and early interventions, informal education opportunities, and skills development.
- To work in collaboration with qualified and experienced staff to deliver a diverse range of curriculum programmes.
- To support young people in staying away from crime, anti-social behaviour, and provide guidance on relationships and sexual health.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and/or young people in a voluntary or paid capacity.
- Skills to share in areas such as sports, outdoor learning, art & crafts, media, music, and health.
