Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support vulnerable children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our Watford-based school. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning by providing tailored support and self-regulation activities.
This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive daily rate of £85-120 and flexible working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are open to discussing alternative start dates, whether ASAP or January, depending on your circumstances.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of safeguarding processes. If you are passionate about supporting young people with mental health challenges and have experience working with vulnerable children, we encourage you to apply.
