We are seeking a talented Mental Health and Social Care Practitioner to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our 0-25 Together Service, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of disabled children and young people, supporting their families and carers.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with families and carers to identify needs and develop strategies to support vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan, carry out, review, and evaluate social work practice, ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
  • To manage risk and maintain accurate knowledge of skills and resources, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • To collaborate with other agencies to support preventative strategies, contributing to student assessment and supervision.
Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Continual professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
  • Social Work England registration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
