Recovery Practitioner

As a Recovery Practitioner - Community Support, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals struggling with substance misuse issues. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health and addiction recovery principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized recovery plans, and delivering tailored support to help individuals achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support services are provided.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
