Advanced Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Mental Health Nurse.
In this role, you will work closely with our service users, carers, and colleagues to deliver safe and effective treatment in the community, facilitate early discharges from acute inpatient units, and empower individuals' recovery journeys.
Key responsibilities include providing urgent assessments, working with our multi-disciplinary team, and developing your skills and expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,058 - £57,322 per annum, depending on experience.
Please note that this role requires a full valid driving license and access to a car for regular business use.
