Social Care Professional Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood in Hatfield, where you will provide care and support for children and young people with eating disorders.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a caseload of complex cases, conducting social care assessments, risk assessments, and participating in ICR meetings.
You will work closely with the Safeguarding Lead to ensure that all necessary procedures are followed, and enjoy access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of complex cases
- Conducting social care assessments and risk assessments
- Participating in ICR meetings
- Facilitating group activities
- Liaising with local authorities
Requirements:
- HCP registration
- Social Work England registration
- A degree in Social Work
- Experience working with children and young people
