The ideal candidate will possess a valid passport, BRP, and right to work in the UK. They must also provide training certificates, including mandatory certifications, and pass an English assessment if not a British citizen. Additionally, they should have a decent photo for their profile, COVID vaccine proof or lateral flow test results, next of kin name and number, and 2-work references with brief education and care-related job experience.
