Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess family functioning and provide support to prevent relationship breakdown.
  • Collaborate with professionals to help children and families improve their lives.
  • Carry out assessments and plan responses to safeguard children from abuse and neglect.
  • Arrange alternative care when necessary.
  • Promote autonomy and development for individuals with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in planning forums.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational capability through training and development.
