Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
This role will involve supporting our Business Development Manager in generating new business opportunities, providing administrative assistance, and contributing to the growth of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Generation: Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, updating of CRM systems, and management of marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with key decision-makers, communicate effectively via telephone, and influence potential clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Social Confidence: Be socially confident and outgoing, with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience using a CRM system and good IT skills, with knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and previous customer service/sales roles.
