About the Role:

As a Client Growth Specialist at Myinternalrecruiter, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients, including creating and managing a prospect database. This role requires a proven track record of success in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and grow existing client relationships
  • Build strong relationships with agency partners and clients through proactive communication and engagement
  • Drive Zelst brand values to all contacts and work closely with the team internally to ensure delivery of our brand promise
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas of interest or concern for Zelst, including offering solutions and new ideas to keep us 'Fresh' in the Search Marketing Sector
  • Develop a knowledge of the benefits of Search Marketing and keep up to date with the latest industry developments and news
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Sound commercial understanding and mindset
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English
  • Good level of Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Previous business development experience working in a digital agency is preferable

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of £200,000 annual revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives
