Client Growth Specialist

About the Role:
As a Client Growth Specialist at Myinternalrecruiter, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients, including creating and managing a prospect database. This role requires a proven track record of success in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and grow existing client relationships
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and clients through proactive communication and engagement
- Drive Zelst brand values to all contacts and work closely with the team internally to ensure delivery of our brand promise
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas of interest or concern for Zelst, including offering solutions and new ideas to keep us 'Fresh' in the Search Marketing Sector
- Develop a knowledge of the benefits of Search Marketing and keep up to date with the latest industry developments and news
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Sound commercial understanding and mindset
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Good level of Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Previous business development experience working in a digital agency is preferable
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of £200,000 annual revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £30K per annum, plus a commission/bonus scheme.
