Senior Sales Executive - Harrogate

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Harrogate, United Kingdom, focusing on driving revenue growth and developing strategic client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Lead our team as a Senior Sales Executive, leveraging your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  2. Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, securing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, sharing best practices and learning from one another.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform client strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Extensive sales experience, ideally within a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, focused on delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient workflow and data management.
