We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Harrogate, United Kingdom, focusing on driving revenue growth and developing strategic client relationships.
About the Role:
- Lead our team as a Senior Sales Executive, leveraging your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, securing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, sharing best practices and learning from one another.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Extensive sales experience, ideally within a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, focused on delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient workflow and data management.
