About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and identify new opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established hotel chain and contribute to the success of our business. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to think strategically. They'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to our financial wellbeing platform Wagestream and discounted hotel stays across our UK sites.
