Job Description:
- Organise and manage cover for absent staff
- Coordinate induction and support for supply staff
- Ensure safeguarding requirements and other relevant regulations are met
- Liaise with senior leaders, office staff, and external stakeholders
- Approve agency staff timesheets
- Proactively chase information from senior leaders and staff
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role (education setting only)
- SIMS experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
