About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sapiens in Cardiff. This is a temporary opportunity, covering sickness absence, and will involve working on-site at our office.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team, including fielding calls, dealing with mail, monitoring the Operations mailbox, and liaising with suppliers and management.

You will also be required to work with the IT team to arrange the shipment of new equipment to staff who are working from home and provide basic finance support, including requesting purchase requisitions and forwarding supplier invoices to our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience gained from working in an office environment, excellent attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A working knowledge of the Office 365 suite is essential, and recent First Aid at Work or Fire Marshal training would be an advantage.

The estimated salary for this role is £18-20 per hour, depending on experience, with a potential to increase based on performance.
