About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Zelst Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building techniques.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing client bases and through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, including search marketing, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
