Senior Vendor Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Vendor Business Development Manager to join CMS Distribution, a leading specialist distributor supplying business and consumer technology products across the EU8, JAPAC, US, and EU regions.
Job DescriptionThis role entails driving business development in existing Amazon marketplaces, expanding our offering into new regions, and taking charge of new Amazon initiatives. You will be responsible for increasing sales across all regions and propositions to new potential vendors.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience selling to/via Amazon within a fast-paced SMB environment.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry.
- Expertise in AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) is essential.
- Advance Excel skills are necessary.
- SAP & EDI knowledge and skills are recommended.
- Knowledge or interest in IT / consumer electronics.
You will maintain and develop existing Amazon Marketplace accounts, build new accounts on demand, and work with internal teams to ensure setup and trading quickly. Key responsibilities include ensuring listings and content, pricing management, promotions, stock control, customer services, returns management, finance, and accruals are correct across all accounts/regions.
This role also involves strategic internal/external calls with the wider business, Product Managers, and Vendors to launch new products onto Amazon Marketplace, increasing sales to Amazon for our major brands, leading relationships with senior contacts at allocated vendors, and understanding all Amazon processes and promotional tools.
