Account Executive - Harrogate

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Harrogate, United Kingdom.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling successful client relationships and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and profit margins.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform client strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of results and high-quality work.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient workflow and data management.
