Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at RAC. As a key member of our Customer Interaction Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to meet the individual needs of our customers.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be empowered to provide bespoke solutions, resolving complex customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices. You will be confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
