Job Summary:

The Dispensary Associate - Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and guests while promoting the benefits of Trulieve's products. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis and its effects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients and guests.
  • Assist patients in selecting products and answering questions about their effects.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow Trulieve's policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior experience in retail and customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires frequent movement throughout the dispensary, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
