About the Role
We're looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our in-store management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a medium to large in-store team, assigning tasks and planning breaks to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage store rotas, addressing performance issues and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to deliver improved customer and retail outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.
