Project Management Opportunity
We are Construction Resources, a leading construction company seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project finances, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of success in commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating project activities, including planning and organization.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting back to senior management.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a relevant degree in a field such as business, construction, or a related subject. You should also have at least 2 years of experience working in a commercial role within the construction industry. A salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
