Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Workplace Development Manager to join our team at Construction Resources.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property development and the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including design, construction, and handover
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial property development principles
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills

Salary: £62,875 per annum (dependent on experience)
